Real Law, LLC will open a new 1,000 SF storefront in the Richmond Centre in Madison County. The firm specializes in the practice of law, including real estate transactions and mediation services, and will have a walk-in center for customers to obtain commonly used legal documents and forms. Real Law will open in September. Richmond Centre is the largest retail development between Lexington, KY and Knoxville, TN, as well as the premier regional shopping, entertainment and hospitality venue for south, central Kentucky. The development will comprise approximately 750,000 SF of retail space and is anchored by JCPenney, Belk, Meijer, TJ Maxx and Cinemark. NAI Isaac Brings The Gift Box & Tea Room to Keithshire Place

The Gift Box & Tea Room will open its new location in Keithshire Place. The Gift Box and Tea Room, slated to open October 1st, 2010, will occupy a new 4,800 SF storefront as they relocate from Regency Centre. Owned and operated by Jamie Wilson, the Gift Box will feature home furnishings, floral arrangements, jewelry, candles and more. Owned by Wilma and Don Cracraft, The Tea Room will be open from 11am-3pm serving soups, salads, sandwiches, quiche, hot browns, homemade desserts and more.
