  NAI Isaac announces that Anne Kilcoyne, CPM, Assistant Vice President of Property Management, has been awarded the Employee of the Quarter for Q1 2021. Anne has gone above and beyond this quarter to implement new strategies and guidance for NAI Isaac's Property Management team. "I work with a great group of people who all work very hard. So being recognized among my coworkers as Employee of the Quarter is an honor," says Kilcoyne.  Anne has been with NAI Isaac for 25 years. She currently oversees the company's Property Management department, managing in excess of 3 million square feet of retail, industrial and office properties throughout the Commonwealth.   Lexington, KY  – NAI Isaac, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, announces the sale of Ruccio Pavilion, located at 220 Ruccio Way in Lexington, Kentucky. The 17,649 square foot shopping center was sold to Ruccio Shoppes, LLC.  Al Isaac, President, and Jim Holbrook, Assistant Vice President of NAI Isaac, represented the seller. John Bunch with SVN Stone represented the purchaser. The retail center is shadow-anchored by Meijer, near the Nicholasville Road retail corridor in south Lexington. The center is in close proximity to Fayette Mall, Target, The Mall at Lexington Green, and Embassy Suites Hotel.
