NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of 120 Dewey Drive in Nicholasville, Kentucky

NAI Isaac recently brokered the investment sale of a ±9,600 sf flex office/warehouse building at a ±8.7% Cap Rate located at 120 Dewey Drive in Nicholasville, Kentucky.  The property was sold to the Hal Price Headley Trust.  Jamie Adams, LEED AP, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the seller during the sale transaction.  Peter Barr of Block + Lot represented the buyer.

NAI Isaac Welcomes Brown Dog Trading Company to Stonewall Shopping Center

NAI Isaac would like to welcome Brown Dog Trading Company to Stonewall Shopping Center, located at 3101 Clays Mill Road in Lexington, Kentucky.  Brown Dog Trading Company is an upscale multi-merchant retailer featuring vintage and modern gifts, home accents, accessories and apparel.  They plan to open July 1, 2015.  Al Isaac, President and Jim Holbrook, Associate with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the landlord during the lease transaction.
