  Lucy Houp joined the NAI Isaac team in 1998.  Houp was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President of Property Marketing and oversees all marketing and property listings for NAI Isaac. She works closely with our agents, developing marketing pieces that meet client objectives. Houp creates effective, customized promotional materials designed specifically to showcase retail, office, industrial and land properties as well as proposals and tenant/owner representation packages.   Houp oversees and directs internet marketing efforts, including Buildout, Loopnet, Crexi and KCREA management, as well as property email campaigns. Houp is a member of NAI Global’s Marketing, Technology and Leadership Congress Admin Councils. She has received her e-PRO® certification in advanced digital marketing techniques. Houp is a licensed real estate agent and an active member of the Bluegrass Realtors and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

  Lucy Houp, Marketing Coordinator with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, celebrates 22 years. Houp joined NAI Isaac in 1998.  Houp maintains marketing initiatives for over 160 active real estate listings, including brochure and flyer development, digital marketing, internet advertising, and print advertisements in local and regional newspapers and trade publication magazines. Additionally, Houp develops floor plans and centralized site maps as well as market research materials, including competition maps, demographic comparisons and economic profiles.   Houp began her career as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President and Executive Vice President of NAI Isaac, joining the marketing team in 2005.  She is a member of NAI Global's Marketing, Technology and Leadership Congress Admin Councils.  NAI Isaac looks forward to the coming years of her loyalty and outstanding contribution to the company and marketing department.
