Versailles, KY - Al Isaac, President, and Jamie Adams, CCIM, Vice President of NAI Isaac recently facilitated the sale of 0.853 acres in Versailles, KY. The development lot is located in Equestrian Park, a well-known development area recently occupied by O'Reilly Auto Parts and the future home of Crossroads IGA. Jay Ingram with Alton Webb Commercial Real Estate represented the Purchaser. The lot was purchased by Transylvania Land Company, Inc. who plans to open Biggby Coffee. Biggby Coffee is a franchised QSR company with strong ties to the communities that it's part of. Biggby Coffee has locations in a total of nine states throughout the U.S. This will be their seventh location in Kentucky and their first in Versailles.
