  Marcos Gil  joins NAI Isaac, bringing expertise to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for both property owners and tenants. Known for his methodical approach to property management, Marcos plays a key role in the success of NAI Isaac. Marcos assists the Assistant Vice President of Property Management and Property Managers in the day-to-day operations for the management of over 4 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space across the Commonwealth. His responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with tenants and vendors while coordinating the efforts within the Property Management Department. He is active in the local community and constantly stays informed about market trends in commercial property management and tenant relations. As well as being a  licensed real estate agent. 

  Natalie Hicks , Property Manager, brings nearly a decade of experience in property and asset management to NAI Isaac. Natalie has extensive experience in Commercial, Multi-Family, Residential, Storage Facilities, Campgrounds, Real Estate Development, and Manufactured Housing Property/Asset Management, with a strong track record across the United States, from the West Coast to the East Coast. Her accomplishments include boosting IRR for investors, formulating growth strategies, leading mergers and acquisitions, driving occupancy growth, and enhancing operational efficiency. In addition, Natalie actively contributes to the industry through her involvement with the Central Kentucky Apartment Association (CKAA), where she serves on both the Legislative and Events Planning Committees. She has been selected for the prestigious 2025 Leadership Development program with CKAA and volunteers with the Kentucky Fair Housing Council.

Tabatha Davis  joins NAI Isaac with a broad range of property management and leasing experience. Prior to joining the NAI Isaac team, Davis worked as an Assistant Property Manager for a 375-unit apartment community in the Lexington, KY area. Her current role as Assistant Property Manager includes supporting the company’s oversight of its managed property portfolio totaling over 4 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space throughout the Commonwealth. She is responsible for facilitating tenant and vendor relationships and coordinating responsibilities within the Property Management Department.

Alia Moore , Operations Assistant, is an essential part of the NAI Isaac team, bringing years of experience in customer service, client relations, and administrative support. In her role as an Operations Assistant, she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Alia’s responsibilities include answering phones, sorting mail, and providing valuable assistance to agents with correspondence creation and revision. Additionally, she contributes to various ongoing projects across different departments, showcasing her versatility and dedication. With her extensive background in customer service, Alia brings a wealth of experience to our team. Her commitment to efficiency and attention to detail make her an asset in maintaining the operational flow of our office.

Jordan Smith, a distinguished real estate professional, joins NAI Isaac specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, office, and investment properties across Kentucky. With a robust background in real estate investment and development, Smith is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals with precision and expertise. Smith earned his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from Clemson University in 2024, where he received the prestigious Sue G. and W. Russell Campbell Sr. Award for his exceptional leadership skills and scholastic achievements in real estate development.      Marisa Folino brings several years of experience in both accounting and customer service to her new role at NAI Isaac. As an Accountant I, her responsibilities include managing Accounts Receivable processing, providing support with Accounts Payable, and handling various general accounting tasks and projects. Folino's expertise ensures efficient financial operations and contributes to the team's overall accounting functions.      Folino is a 2024 graduate of Midway University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. During her time at Midway University, Folino was a Cheerleading Instructor, assisting the department with daily administrative tasks and operations, coordinating logistics for athletic events, and ensuring smooth event execution through collaboration with staff and athletes. She is currently pursuing a Masters’ Degree in Accounting.

       Max Darby joins NAI Isaac as a sales/leasing Associate. Darby’s primary focus is on office, retail, and investment properties in Lexington and surrounding central Kentucky. He utilizes his knowledge of local markets and business acumen to provide custom-tailored service offerings to company clients.      Darby is a 2021 graduate of University of Kentucky, with a specialization in Finance. He is the recipient of the 2017 Rising Leader Award from First Southern Bank. He also served as a Corporate Committee Member for UK's DanceBlue. 

  Shannelle Hooten joins the NAI Isaac team as an Operations Assistant with over a decade of experience in customer service and client relations, and managerial roles. She provides a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to the smooth functioning of our office, including answering phones, sorting mail, assisting agents with correspondence creation and revision, and assisting other departments with ongoing projects.  

  Kailey Habib joins our team with experience in Research and Data Analysis, Financial Modeling, Financial Reporting, and Project Coordination. Her responsibilities include assuring all company accounts receivables are processed efficiently, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company systems, actively assisting Property Management with rent collections, and cross-training functionalities within the accounting department. Prior to joining NAI Isaac, Habib worked as an Associate Advisor for a well-known financial management company.

Jennifer Pennington  joins NAI Isaac with over 20 years of combined commercial and residential property management experience. She oversees day to day building operations with a proactive approach to preventative maintenance. With effective administration and communication skills, Pennington ensures the smooth operation of building construction, maintenance, and repair of any real estate asset. Her responsibilities include preparing and managing property budgets, overseeing, and managing building expenses and income, coordinating vendor projects, and maintaining positive working relations with tenants, vendors, and owners to effectively meet and exceed their expectations.  

  Cynthia Griffin  joins NAI Isaac with years of experience in accounts payable and support services administration in the medical and multi-family property management industries. Her responsibilities include assuring all company and managed property invoices are processed efficiently, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company’s AP system, developing and cultivating relationships with company vendors, and assisting with the functionality of the accounting department. She will also assist in the administration of the company’s Yardi Voyager Property Management Accounting software system.
