The 16,300 SF retail center was sold to a local investor. NAI Isaac has also assumed management responsibility for the property. The property is located in the fastest growing, predominately locally-owned retail corridor in Lexington. The property consists of two buildings and is occupied by Planned Parenthood, Gold & Diamond Apparel, GDA Jewelers, Lexington Healing Arts Academy, Associates in Rehab, and Providence Community Church.
