Keeneland Drive in securing a new lease.           The property, formerly occupied by Frisch's Big Boy restaurant, has been leased to El Charro Texano Mexican Restaurant.  El Charro Texano will offer dine in, carry-out, and drive-thru pick-up options to customers throughout Central Kentucky.
