NAI Isaac Brings Grand Central Place a New Tenant

Magic Vapor Shop will open its first Somerset location in the Grand Central Place shopping center. The electronic cigarette and accessories provider will open in June. This is Magic Vapor Shop’s 2nd location, with its first store in London, KY. Anchored by Kroger, Goody’s, Dunham Sports, and the new Hobby Lobby, and T.J. Maxx, Grand Central Place is located in Somerset at the intersection of Grand Central Blvd. and US 27. Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Landlord, Grand Central Holdings, LLC, in the transaction.

NAI Isaac brings new Massage Therapists to Idle Hour Shopping Center

Todd Fuller and Angela Miller will open individual massage therapy centers in the Idle Hour Office Shopping Center. The new therapist services will be located in Suite 225 and are set to open May 15th 2012. The 61,301 SF neighborhood shopping center is located at 2121 Richmond Road near the intersection of New Circle and Richmond Roads in southeast Lexington. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Jim Holbrook of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Landlord in this transaction.

Toyota to Add 80 Jobs and 100K Engines at Georgetown Plant

With a $30 million investment and additional 80 jobs, Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky (TMMK) will increase production of engines at its Georgetown plant by around 25 percent. South Elkhorn Village welcomes El Charro, Authentic Mexican Cuisine. The grand opening for the 3,310 SF restaurant is slated to open Summer 2012. South Elkhorn Village is anchored by Ramsey’s Restaurant and located on South Harrodsburg Road just off Man O’ War Blvd. at the intersection of Harrodsburg Road and Military Pike. Paul Ray Smith of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties worked with the Landlord, TB Managed Assets III, LLC, and Jamie Adams of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties worked with the new tenant to secure the lease.
