Lexington, KY – NAI Isaac welcomes Burnaco’s featuring Maiden City Brewing to The Lex, located at 561 South Broadway in Lexington, Kentucky. Burnaco’s and Maiden City Brewing will occupy 2,678 SF within the retail component of The Lex, located in the heart of Lexington. Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, John Miller, Assistant Vice President, and Zach Smith, Associate with NAI Isaac represented the Owners during the lease transaction. “We are excited to be partnering with The Lex to bring together multiple food and drink choices within a blended space accented by outdoor seating, that will provide our guests a relaxed environment to social engage and create experiences” states Bill Gibson, co-owner.
