Alia Moore , Operations Assistant, is an essential part of the NAI Isaac team, bringing years of experience in customer service, client relations, and administrative support. In her role as an Operations Assistant, she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Alia’s responsibilities include answering phones, sorting mail, and providing valuable assistance to agents with correspondence creation and revision. Additionally, she contributes to various ongoing projects across different departments, showcasing her versatility and dedication. With her extensive background in customer service, Alia brings a wealth of experience to our team. Her commitment to efficiency and attention to detail make her an asset in maintaining the operational flow of our office.

  Lucy Houp joined the NAI Isaac team in 1998.  Houp was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President of Property Marketing and oversees all marketing and property listings for NAI Isaac. She works closely with our agents, developing marketing pieces that meet client objectives. Houp creates effective, customized promotional materials designed specifically to showcase retail, office, industrial and land properties as well as proposals and tenant/owner representation packages.   Houp oversees and directs internet marketing efforts, including Buildout, Loopnet, Crexi and KCREA management, as well as property email campaigns. Houp is a member of NAI Global’s Marketing, Technology and Leadership Congress Admin Councils. She has received her e-PRO® certification in advanced digital marketing techniques. Houp is a licensed real estate agent and an active member of the Bluegrass Realtors and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

  Jamie Adams, CCIM, Vice President with NAI Isaac, celebrates 10 years. Adams joined NAI Isaac in 2010.  Adams is a sales/leasing vice president specializing in retail, office, industrial and investment opportunities throughout Central Kentucky and surrounding markets.  Over the last 10 years, he has represented Property Owners, Investors, and Tenants ranging in size from international REITs to local businesses in their acquisition, disposition, and site selection needs. Adams is a native of Lexington Kentucky, graduation from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Landscape Architecture.   Laura Black, Property Manager with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, celebrates 20 years. Black joined NAI Isaac in 2000. Her broad experience in tenant relations, property maintenance and vendor coordination plays a valuable role in the services we provide to our clients. Black manages properties in central Kentucky, focusing on overseeing routine and emergency maintenance issues, managing contractor relationships, addressing and resolving tenant issues, and coordinating capital improvement projects. Black holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentration in marketing from the University of Kentucky.  Laura resides in Lexington, Kentucky with her family.
