NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of Multiple Lexington Sites to Storage Facility Company
Lexington, KY - NAI Isaac, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, announced the successful sale of three Lexington land parcels to Greenville, SC Centennial American Properties. Centennial American Properties will develop climate controlled storage facilities in the Townley Place development on Leestown Road, 1734 Eastland Drive, and Sand Lake Drive. Jim Kemper, Vice President of NAI Isaac, represented Centennial American Properties in the acquisition of the sites. Matt Stone with SVN Stone represented the owner of the Eastland Drive site.
