NAI Isaac Sells Downtown Retail Building

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 637 East Main Street in downtown Lexington. The property is the former location of the Lexington Antique Gallery which has relocated to 400 Old Vine Street. The 8,500 SF three-story retail building situated on 0.21 acres was purchased by Shrout Properties, LLC. It is anticipated that the property will continue to be used as an antique gallery by the new owner. Al Isaac, President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the Seller, Thunderbird Properties and Jennie Brown of Alden Real Estate represented the Purchaser.

NAI Isaac Announces The Beautiful Gate Now Open at The Francis Whitman Building

The Beautiful Gate opened its doors at 1025 Dove Run Road April 1st. The Beautiful Gate is owned and operated by Sheila Nicely, a Licensed Esthetician, and specializes in facial massage, therapeutic facials, microdermabrasion, peels, and more. The Francis Whitman Building is a 3-story suburban office building located just off Tates Creek Road across from the Landsdowne Shopping Center. Forbes Ranks Lexington, KY 9th in “Best Places for Business and Careers 2010”

A new ranking was just announced by Forbes.com for the Best Places for Business and Careers. Lexington, Kentucky has been named the 9th Best Place for Business and Careers among the 200 largest metro areas by Forbes. NAI Isaac Announces New Restaurant for Lexington, KY

The former Max & Erma’s location will be home to the new Fulin’s Asian Cuisine restaurant. New to the Kentucky market, Fulin’s will be ideally located just off Harrodsburg Road in the Beaumont Centre at 3030 Lakecrest Circle in Lexington, KY. Fulin’s will offer authentic Chinese and Japanese cuisine including a full sushi bar. Within the past year, readers of The Tennessean voted Fulin Asian Cuisine the #1 Asian restaurant, the #2 Sushi restaurant, and the #2 overall restaurant in Nashville, TN. Currently, Fulin restaurants are open in: Brentwood, Mt. Juliet, Hendersonville, Murfreesboro, Cleveland (TN), Spring Hill, and Decatur (AL). NAI Isaac Relocates TumbleZone

TumbleZone is relocating from Simpson Avenue to 151 West Zandale Court - just off Nicholasville Road. The 18,000 sf building is being remodeled for a custom gym to conduct its cheerleading, gymnastics and tumbling classes. The new facility will have additional dance and jazz classes and is expected to open the beginning of June. Serving Lexington since 1998, TumbleZone specializes in instructional gymnastics, tumbling and cheerleading, and also hosts birthday parties, school events, banquets and more. TumbleZone is owned and operated by Kevin and Meagan Jeter. NAI Isaac handled the lease negotiations.

NAI Isaac Brings 1st Forcht Bank Location to Richmond, KY

NAI Isaac has successfully secured the 1st location for Forcht Bank at Richmond Centre in Madison County. Forcht Bank has purchased a 1.75 acre lot with construction set to begin this spring. The +2,000 SF financial institution is slated to open in the summer.
