NAI Isaac Commercial Properties of Lexington, KY expands its property management by acquiring 2 additional properties in the region. 1850 Bryant Road is located at the Hamburg Exit of I-75 off Man O’ War Blvd. The 101,000 SF building on 7 acres is home to Monkey Joe’s, PackRat and The Flooring Gallery. Anchored by Big Lots and Dollar General, Century Plaza is a 134,000 SF retail shopping center on 14.3 acres. Century Plaza is located on US 127 approximately 1 mile off of I-64 at Exit 53B in Frankfort, KY. NAI Isaac’s property management portfolio now extends to a 13 city, 37 property mix of over 2.5 million SF in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

The Francis Whitman Building at 1025 Dove Run Road welcomes New South Mat as its most recent tenant and Anne’s Healing Hands signed a lease renewal. The Francis Whitman Building is a 3-story suburban office building located just off Tates Creek Road across from the Landsdowne Shopping Center. NAI Isaac Brings 2 New Tenants to West Park Shopping Center

West Park Shopping Center in Lawrenceburg welcomes Little Granny’s Day Care and Sovereign Grace Church. West Park is a newly renovated 65,700 SF shopping center anchored by Dollar General, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and Tractor Supply. The center is located on US 127 By-pass at US 62 near the USPS, Kroger & Anderson County High School. Paul Ray Smith and Jim Holbrook of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties handled the transaction.

NAI Isaac Brings Lexington it’s 3rd Smashing Tomato Location

Smashing Tomato will open its 3rd location in the French Quarter Square shopping center. Smashing Tomato is owned by Tomato Express, Inc., a Lexington-based restaurant company that also owns and operates Bella Notte Italian Trattonia. NAI Isaac previously assisted Smashing Tomato in their current locations at The Mall at Fayette Plaza and War Admiral Place in the Hamburg development.
