Consigning Women will open its 1st location in the French Quarter Square shopping center. Located at 2573 Richmond Road, French Quarter Square is home to Doubletree Guest Suites, Panera Bread, Posh and Suntan City. Paul Ray Smith facilitated the transaction.

The Francis Whitman Building at 1025 Dove Run Road welcomes New South Mat as its most recent tenant and Anne’s Healing Hands signed a lease renewal. The Francis Whitman Building is a 3-story suburban office building located just off Tates Creek Road across from the Landsdowne Shopping Center. West Park Shopping Center in Lawrenceburg welcomes Little Granny’s Day Care and Sovereign Grace Church. West Park is a newly renovated 65,700 SF shopping center anchored by Dollar General, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and Tractor Supply. Smashing Tomato will open its 3rd location in the French Quarter Square shopping center. Smashing Tomato is owned by Tomato Express, Inc., a Lexington-based restaurant company that also owns and operates Bella Notte Italian Trattonia. NAI Isaac previously assisted Smashing Tomato in their current locations at The Mall at Fayette Plaza and War Admiral Place in the Hamburg development.
