Indian Acres Shopping Center in Georgetown welcomes two new tenants: M&L Nails and Sam’s Satellite & Electronics. All Star Wholesale also expanded its existing retail storefront, bringing the center to the 100% occupancy level. Located on US 25 South Broadway, Indian Acres is anchored by Dollar General. Tire Discounters has leased 1897 Bypass Road in Winchester, KY. The 7,488 sf freestanding building is located in front of the Wal-Mart Supercenter. Tire Discounters is slated to open 2nd quarter 2011 and has over 60 locations across the southeast region. 1648 McGrathiana in the UK Coldstream Research Campus welcomes ms2 Data Solutions. As a provider of software management systems to the mining industry, ms2 Data Solutions is a Lexington, KY based company with clients across the US. Coldstream’s 1648 McGrathiana, is surrounded by a mix of established technology-based companies. 1648 McGrathiana Parkway is a new 168,000 SF, 5-story, Class A building located at the intersection of Newtown Pike and I-75/64. Chino’s Mexican Restaurant opened in Eastlake Landing, bringing the center to 100% occupancy. Chino’s is a locally owned restaurant with multiple locations in the area. Anchored by Food Lion, Eastlake Landing is located on South Main Street near State Route 467. Al Isaac of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties handled the transaction.

Lexington Clinic will open a new location on 2444 Harrodsburg Road in Lexington, Ky. The 7,500 square foot facility will serve as an expansion of their urology department and is slated to open in July, 2011.
