NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 70 N Stewarts Lane Road in Danville, KY, a 14,400 SF industrial building on 1.4 acres. Located in southwest Danville off the US 127 Bypass, the facility was sold for $288,000. Coloroma Rental Center will relocate its Richmond store to 610 Big Hill Avenue. Founded in 1984, Coloroma has multiple locations in Kentucky and Southwest Virginia. Big Hill Avenue is located just off the Eastern By-pass near the EKU campus and the Center is now 100% leased. West Park Shopping Center in Lawrenceburg welcomes Quiet Minds Yoga Therapy Centre.
