NAI Isaac announces the sale of the O’Charley’s Restaurant location at 2099 Harrodsburg Road in Lexington. The 6,500 SF freestanding building situated on 1.35 acres was purchased by M&L Holdings, LLC. Al Isaac, President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the seller and Ted Mims represented the purchaser in this transaction.

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 90 Southport Drive, a 5,000 SF freestanding building. Employment Solutions purchased the property and plans to open this Lexington location in Fall 2012.
