NAI Isaac Welcomes Stage Right Acting to Clays Mill Plaza Stage Right Acting is scheduled to open a new location in Clays Mill Plaza in October 2013. Stage Right Acting offers a variety of performing arts classes, camps, productions and other opportunities for students and adults. They are excited to present the community with a fresh perspective on the performing art industry and assist students in reaching the next level. Clays Mill Plaza is situated near the corner of Clays Mill Road and Keithshire Way.   Bruce R. Corrisoft, LLC provides satellite tracking of offenders sentenced to electronic monitoring and is the sole provider to combine state-of-the-art tracking and monitoring with all the services that ex-offenders need to become productive members of the community. NAI Isaac assisted with the relocation and expansion of long time tenant, Panera Bread, at French Quarter Square.   The expansion is now complete providing Panera with additional seating and an expanded kitchen. French Quarter Square is located at 2573 Richmond Road and is home to Doubletree Guest Suites,  Posh Salon & Spa and  Sun Tan City. Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President of NAI Isaac represented the Landlord in this transaction.

Broadway Chiropractic of Lexington, PLLC will open their new location in the Northland Shopping Center. Northland Shopping Center is a grocery anchored (Save-a-Lot) neighborhood shopping center located at 208 Legends Lane in northeast Lexington, adjacent to Whitaker Bank Ballpark.  Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Jamie Adams, Associate of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Landlord, LDN Northland, LLC in this transaction. 

Liberty Tax Service will open their first Berea location in January 2014. There are over 4,500 Liberty Tax Service offices operating in the United States and Canada. Isaacs Gun Shop will open their first location in October 2013. Berea Shoppes is located at 219 Prince Royal Drive in Berea, KY. Located in Madison County, Berea Shoppes is centrally located just off the South Berea Interstate 75 interchange (Exit 76).  Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and J.L. Cannady, Associate, of NAI Isaac, represented the Landlord in securing the new leases.

Shakespeare and Co. Restaurant is slated to open their second Lexington location in Chinoe Center in late 2013 or early 2014.  Anchored by Kroger, Chinoe Center is located at 1050 -1060 Chinoe Road between Alumni Drive and Tates Creek Road on the southeast side of Lexington.
