NAI Isaac announces the expansion of Scrub World at Tiverton Center, located at 152 West Tiverton Way in Lexington, Kentucky.  Scrub World plans to expand their location to a total of 3,526 SF.  Scrub World is one of Lexington's go-to destinations for uniform apparel options.  Customers include veterinarians, dentists, nurses, doctors, pharmacists and child care professionals.  They have served the Lexington community for ten years.   Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Jamie Adams, CCIM, LEED AP, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac represented the Landlord during the lease transaction.

NAI Isaac Commercial Properties recently brokered the sale of 36 Ferco Way, located in Jamestown, Kentucky.  The 9,409 SF property, located on 5.07 acres, has been purchased by Russell County Industrial Development Authority as an economic investment in the county.  Bruce R. Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Jim Holbrook, Associate with NAI Isaac represented the owner during the sale transaction.  

NAI Isaac Commercial Properties recently represented Jen-Tex Deli's Inc., a Jason's Deli franchise in the lease of retail space at The Venue, located at  2434 Nicholasville Road in Lexington, Kentucky.  Jason's Deli, a family-owned franchise, serves healthy deli and catering options to guests at 266 delis in 28 states.  This will be their first Lexington location. Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, represented Jen-Tex Deli's Inc. during the lease transaction.  Greg Leveridge with Block + Lot represented the landlord.

NAI Isaac announces the addition of HomeGoods to the tenant mix at Brannon Crossing, located in Nicholasville, Kentucky. HomeGoods offers high-end designer goods found in department stores and specialty stores at significant savings to customers across the United States.  This will be their fifth Kentucky location.   "We are excited to bring Home Goods to Brannon Crossing" says Bret Caller, Principal, Viking Partners.  "They will be a great addition to an already thriving development - the largest retail center in Nicholasville." NAI Isaac Commercial Properties recently leased  + 3,200 SF in Brighton Park Shopping Center to Just For You Gift Shop & Boutique. Brighton Park is located just of US 60, Versailles Road in Frankfort, Kerntucky.  They are slated to open in August, 2017.  Jim Holbrook, Associate with NAI Isaac, represented the Landlord during the lease transaction.

NAI Isaac Commercial Properties recently leased +/-6,694 SF to Fresenius Kidney Care within the Patriot Plaza located at 29 Frontier Boulevard, Stanford, Kentucky. Fresenius Kidney Care, an Investment Grade Tenant with an S&P rating of BBB- and a net worth of $10.144 Billion, provides medical care services to people with chronic kidney disease and end stage renal disease.  This will be their first Stanford location.  Al Isaac, President and Jamie Adams, CCIM, LEED, AP, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac were involved in this transaction. Patriot Plaza is a +/-34,162 SF former Food Lion center with investment and leasing opportunities. +/-4,000 - 25,068 SF for lease with two dock-height doors.
