Melanie Johnson, Executive Administrative Assistant with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, celebrates 23 years. Johnson joined NAI Isaac in 1995.  "Melanie currently oversees all administrative support services for NAI Isaac. She plays an essential role in ensuring the administrative operations of the company run efficiently" says Al Isaac, President.   Johnson began her career as Administrative Assistant for the company's Property Management Division, working as liaison with Tenants, Contractors and Property Managers.  She now acts as the Administrative Assistant to the Company's Senior Executives.   Johnson is a graduate of Jessamine County High School and has attended continuing education courses in word processing, data base compilation and spreadsheets.  In her spare time, Johnson bowls competitively and is a member of the Kentucky Women's Bowling Hall of Fame.  She currently resides in Nicholasville, Kentucky with her husband and son.

Lucy Houp, Marketing Coordinator with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, celebrates 20 years. Houp joined NAI Isaac in 1998. "Lucy currently oversees all marketing services we offer. Her experience and knowledge are valuable assets to our company and to the clients that we serve" says Al Isaac, President. Houp maintains marketing initiatives for over 150 active real estate listings, including brochure and flyer development, digital marketing, internet advertising, and print advertisements in local and regional newspapers and trade publication magazines. Additionally, Houp develops floor plans and centralized site maps as well as market research materials, including competition maps, demographic comparisons and economic profiles. Houp began her career as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President and Executive Vice President of NAI Isaac, joining the marketing team in 2005. Progressive Insurance offers affordable insurance solutions to customers around the United States. Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, Jamie Adams, CCIM, LEED AP, Assistant Vice President and J.L. Cannady, CCIM, Senior Associate of NAI Isaac represented the Landlord in the lease transaction. NAI Isaac is excited to announce that Bath & Body Works is coming to Richmond Centre in Richmond, Kentucky.  They are scheduled to open this Summer. NAI Isaac brokered the sale of an absolute net Applebee's investment located at 2896 South Rutherford Boulevard in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.  NAI Isaac, in conjunction with NAI Nashville, negotiated the sale on behalf of an existing client, leveraging the power of the NAI network.  The property was sold in less than two months to a local Murfreesboro investor. Maria and Jose Aburto are opening El Rey Burrito Restaurant at Keithshire Place at 3301 Keithshire Way in Lexington, Kentucky.   El Rey Burrito will offer specialty burritos and other Mexican cuisine to customers throughout Central Kentucky.  They are slated to open July 2018.  Jim Holbrook, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac represented the Landlord during the lease transaction.  Nicole Fox with Coldwell Banker represented the Tenant.
