NAI Isaac welcomes Crossroads Community Church to CenterCourt in Lexington, Kentucky.  Crossroads Church will be relocated to CenterCourt from their temporary space within the University of Kentucky student center.  They hope to open their CenterCourt location by the end of 2018.  For more information on Crossroads Community Church, visit their website . NAI Isaac brings Results Physiotherapy to Carriage Gate Shopping Center in Richmond, Kentucky. They are slated to open Fall 2018. Results Physiotherapy provides ground-breaking pain treatment options to patients at 150+ locations across nine states in the U.S. This will be their 15th Kentucky location and their first in Richmond.  Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Jim Kemper, Vice President of NAI Isaac represented the Landlord during the lease transaction. NAI Isaac is pleased to have worked with Jake's Cigar Bar on their footprint expansion within the Brannon Crossing development in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Jake's is expanding from an inline retail space to a freestanding building, to be constructed Fall 2018. J.L. Cannady, CCIM, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac, represented Jake's Cigar Bar during the sale transaction. John Miller, Assistant Vice President, assisted the Seller.

Jim Holbrook, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, celebrates 12 years. Holbrook joined NAI Isaac in 2006. "Jim has a unique perspective of the fiscal responsibilities of property ownership balanced with tenant requirements for use of leased space.  This perspective helps us to better serve our clients." says Al Isaac, President.  Holbrook's initial service with NAI Isaac was  in the management of office and retail properties in Central Kentucky. As a sales/leasing associate, Holbrook has many years of experience in the sale and leasing of office and industrial real estate.  Holbrook represents both Landlords and Tenants and has been in the commercial real estate field since 1999.   Before entering the commercial estate field, Holbrook owned an international trade business and was the Vice President of Operations for a private company owned by the University of Kentucky and assisted in the growth and development of the Coldstream Res...

NAI Isaac is pleased to have worked with John Abraham of JA Commercial to bring a new Wendy's location across from Brannon Crossing in Nicholasville, Kentucky.  Muy Hamburger Partners is one of the largest Wendy's operators in the country with over 300 locations. This location is slated to open in December. Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Jim Kemper, Vice President of NAI Isaac represented the Landlord during this transaction.  John Abraham with JA Commercial represented Muy Hamburger Partners, LLC.

Laura Black, Property Manager with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, celebrates 18 years. Black joined NAI Isaac in 2000.  "Laura currently oversees daily management activities for several properties located across central Kentucky.  Her broad experience in tenant relations, property maintenance and vendor coordination plays a valuable role in the services we provide to our clients" says Al Isaac, President.   Black provides assistance to the company's managed properties on a daily basis, including overseeing routine and emergency maintenance issues, managing contractor relationships, addressing and resolving tenant issues, and coordinating capital improvement projects. Black holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentration in marketing from the University of Kentucky.  Laura resides in Lexington, Kentucky with her family.
