NAI Isaac Represents Seller in the Sale of London, KY Distribution Facility

NAI Isaac represented the Seller, London Rotary Forms, Inc., in the sale of 600 South Laurel Road in London, KY to JEB Realty, a Virginia based company. The industrial facility contains over 40,000 SF on 7 plus acres. The city of London is located on Interstate 75, 90 miles South of Lexington and 70 miles north of Knoxville, TN. Paul Ray Smith and Chad Voelkert of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Seller and Brenda Skipper with Century 21 represented the Purchaser in this transaction.
