NAI Isaac Brokers Lexington, KY Industrial Sale

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 701 Allenridge Point in North Lexington. The 17,776 square foot facility on 1.08 acres was purchased by the Fraternal Order of Plumbers and Steamfitters, Inc. of Lexington.

Bruce R. Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Chad Voelkert, Senior Associate of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Seller, LRG Properties, LLC. Peter Barr of Haymaker Bean, represented the Buyer.
