NAI Isaac Commercial Properties Takes on Largest Industrial Listing in Central KY Area

Lexington, KY-based NAI Isaac Commercial Properties has been selected to serve as broker for the largest industrial listing in Central Kentucky. With more than 1 million square feet of industrial space on 108 acres, the facility is located less than 2 miles from I-75 in Corbin, KY, 85 miles South of Lexington and 65 miles north of Knoxville, Tennessee.

NAI Isaac Commercial Properties’ Senior Vice President Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM serves as the primary listing agent and is optimistic that that the property will sell. “The property has been aggressively priced at less than $10.00 PSF, well below its replacement cost,” says Isaac. “The size of the facility and its strategic location within 600 miles of over half of the U.S. population will attract the right buyer.” The facility was formerly home to American Greetings.
