Hong Kong Buffet Signs Long Term Renewal at Prince Royal Plaza in Berea

Hong Kong Buffett has signed a long term lease renewal in the Prince Royal Plaza shopping center. Since 2003, Hong Kong Buffet has enjoyed this successful location within the Berea market. Located at 120 Prince Royal Drive, off US 21 near I-75, Prince Royal Plaza is fully leased and anchored by Goodwill and Dollar General.

Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, worked with the Landlord, and the tenant to secure the lease.
