Congrats to Joe Cornelius, who has been promoted to Senior Property Manager in our office

NAI Isaac Commercial Properties announced that Joe Cornelius has recently been promoted to Senior Property Manager due to his leadership capabilities and strong property management expertise. Cornelius supervises one of the largest commercial property management teams in the Lexington area, managing over 35 properties totaling just over 2.1 million square feet of space throughout Central Kentucky.

Cornelius has been managing office, retail and industrial properties since 1993 and has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Kentucky since 2000. He started his real estate career managing industrial properties and from there moved into managing office and retail shopping centers. For the past 5 years, he has concentrated his talents on commercial property management. Clients have included individuals, local and national partnerships, banks, pension funds, REITs, institutions and corporations. Today, Cornelius is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate property management and planning.
