NAI Isaac Brings New Subway Location to The Lex
Subway will open its newest location in The Lex on 501 South Broadway in downtown Lexington, Ky. The Lex is a dynamic mixed-use two blocks west of the University of Kentucky campus and two blocks south of Rupp Arena. The Lex features first class residential amenities including a private 6,500 SF indoor amenity center, a private outdoor swimming pool, and an urban plaza in an environmentally friendly design. The residential portion of the project will help provide a built-in customer base for the retailers at The Lex.

David Woods, Accounting Manager of NAI Isaac has been promoted to Vice President of Finance and Operations. Woods joined NAI Isaac in November 2014. "Over the past five years, David has played an instrumental role in developing and implementing strategies to improve our accounting and operations areas. His expanded role within the company helps to facilitate improvement strategies for all departments" says Al Isaac, President. Woods has over 20 years of success managing fiscal and fiduciary affairs in corporate finance and accounting, construction, real estate development, management consulting, and capital and derivatives markets. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of finance, accounting and project management at local colleges. Woods graduated from Florida International University as a Master of Science in International Real Estate, Keller Graduate School of Management as a Master of Accounting and Financial Management, APUS as a Master of Science

Planet Fitness is slated to open early 2019 adjacent to the recently opened Ollie's Bargain Outlet. With over 1,500 locations throughout the United States, Planet Fitness offers affordable fitness facility memberships and personal training to customers in a fun, safe, welcoming environment.
