Global Risk Solutions Signs Renewal in Wellington Place Condos

Global Risk Solutions signs a lease renewal in the Wellington Place Office Condos. The property is located at 1031 Wellington Way just off Harrodsburg Road behind the Palomar Centre in Lexington.

Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Madelon Cormney, Associate, NAI Isaac Commercial Properties handled the renewal.
