NAI Isaac Brings Rhoads Asset Management to Griffin Gate Plaza

NAI Isaac assisted with the new location of Rhoads Asset Management to Griffin Gate Plaza. Relocating from from Huntington, WV, with Clint Rhoads as is the owner/operator, this is Kentucky’s first location.

Situated at 1510 Newtown Pike, Griffin Gate Plaza is adjacent to The Marriott’s Griffin Gate Resort and directly across from the Embassy Suites Hotel as well as the University of Kentucky’s Coldstream Research Campus, a +735 acre research and development park.

Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, and Anne Kilcoyne, Associate, NAI Isaac Commercial Properties handled the transaction.
