NAI Isaac Facilitates Industrial Lease for John Deere Landscapes

NAI Isaac and CBRE Chicago facilitated the lease of 1630 Majaun Drive in Lexington, KY. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac and Abigail Olsen of CBRE represented John Deere Landscapes and Cliff Eddleman and Amy Mellinger of Fortune Realty represented the Landlord in the long term 9600 SF lease. John Deere Landscapes will relocate their Palumbo Drive operation to Majaun Drive.
