NAI Isaac Brings New Retailer to Stonewall Center

Stonewall Center welcomes Modern Mercantile and Wine Mercantile wine shop. Modern Mercantile and Wine Mercantile is aiming to open its 5,400 square foot retail storefront the last week of May, with a Grand Opening party. Modern Mercantile specializes in a wide range of “upscale affordable” merchandise to include new and not-so-new art, gifts, jewelry, furniture, accessories, and more. In addition, a café with European specialties will offer Spanakopita, Quiche, and the like, as well as Saturday morning crepes. The café will also feature wonderful cheeses, bread, and a “take & bake” section for patrons to easily stop in and grab a dinner and bottle of wine on the way home. The Wine Mercantile will offer all Kentucky wines with one or two featured specialties each month from outside of Kentucky.

Stonewall Center, located at 3101 Clays Mill Road, is a 80,000 square foot mixed-use neighborhood shopping center anchored by Rite Aid and Peoples Bank. Al Isaac, President of NAI Isaac, worked with the Tenant to secure the transaction.
