NAI Isaac Commercial Properties Continues to Expand its Accounting & Property Management Team
NAI Isaac Commercial Properties welcomes John Chandler, Bookkeeper, and Stan Aebersold, Maintenance Engineer to its Accounting & Property Management Team.
John Chandler brings accounting experience and education in information system technologies to NAI Isaac’s accounting department. He assists Property Management with the Financial Administration and Accounting Services for its managed properties portfolio. Prior to joining NAI Isaac, Chandler monitored and maintained clients’ SAP systems and server hardware in an IBM data center. During critical system outages he coordinated recovery efforts of IBM’s technical support and account management teams. Chandler has programming skills in various languages including the ability to write VBA scripts to create spreadsheets that automate time-consuming tasks. Chandler completed his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the University of Kentucky in December 2009. He is a member of Beta Alpha Psi and the Kentucky Society of CPAs. He is working towards completing the CPA Exams.
Stan Aebersold brings over 50 years of engineering experience to NAI Isaac. He works in conjunction with NAI Isaac’s Property Management Team as a consulting engineer for managed properties. Aebersold formerly worked as Chief Engineer for a large commercial property management company. During this period, he was responsible for the property’s operation of two large central business district office buildings of more than 500,00 square feet plus other office, retail and warehouse properties consisting of an additional 1 million square feet. Aebersold hired and supervised mechanical and electrical contractors daily to maintain these properties operating comfortably and efficiently. Prior to this, Aebersold was a Sales Engineer with Johnson Controls, designing and overseeing the installation of primarily pneumatic control systems in hospitals, college and school buildings in Louisville, Lexington and throughout Eastern Kentucky. Aebersold is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering.
