NAI Isaac Brings Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches to the Commerce Center

Sabourin Sandwiches, LLC a new franchisee of Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, will open a 1,280 SF restaurant in Commerce Center located on US 27 between Lexington and Nicholasville, KY. This will be Jimmy John’s first Nicholasville location and is slated to open in Fall 2011.

Commerce Center is anchored by the area’s newest Sam’s Club as well as Kohl’s, Starbucks Coffee and Suff's Furniture.

Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Jim Kemper, Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties are the exclusive leasing agents for Commerce Center.
