NAI Isaac Sells Nicholasville Road Condo

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 1517 Nicholasville Road, Unit 305, a medical office condominium. The south Lexington condo was purchased by S & C Properties, LLC. Bruce R. Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the Seller, Bank of the Bluegrass and Trust Company and was the sole broker in the transaction.
