NAI Isaac Sells Harrodsburg Road Office Building

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 2257 Harrodsburg Road in Lexington, KY, a 3,500 SF building on a ½ AC lot. This former Central Bank location was purchased by AMRC, LLC and AE Collins for $440,000. Chad Voelkert, Senior Associate of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the Buyer.
