Godby Wireless will open a 1,200 SF storefront in the Northridge Shopping Center at South Hwy 127 in Russell Springs, KY. This tenant brings Northridge Shopping Center to 100% occupancy. Northridge Shopping Center is anchored by Kroger and Kmart and is the dominant retail shopping center in Russell Springs. Paul Ray Smith & Jim Holbrook of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Landlord in this transaction.
