Chinoe Office Suites Welcomes 2 New Tenants

NAI Isaac secures two new tenants for professional office space at Chinoe Office Suites in southeast Lexington. Bethany Hicks will open her State Farm Insurance office, offering a complete line of insurance and financial services. The State Farm office will be located on the first floor. Exceptional Living Centers will re-locate its corporate headquarters to Chinoe Office Suites, providing quality healthcare services, products, and programs. Exceptional Living Centers will occupy most of the third floor. Chinoe Office Suites, a 33,000 SF three story suburban office building, is located at 1050 Chinoe Drive in Lexington, KY and is part of the Chinoe Center, a 109,000 square foot retail and office development. Al Isaac and Jamie Adams of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties handled the transactions.
