Stonewall Center welcomes Rosalia’s Old World Italian Deli. Rosalia’s plans to open its nearly 1,700 square foot restaurant in December 2011. The deli will be located in the space formally occupied by Stanley J’s in the Stonewall Center. Stonewall Center, located at 3101 Clays Mill Road, is a 80,000 square foot mixed-use neighborhood shopping center anchored by Rite Aid and Peoples Bank. Chad Voelkert, Senior Associate and Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and of NAI Isaac, worked with the Tenant to secure the transaction.
