Twisted Pineapple Yogurt and Cupcakes will open its first location in Somerset’s Grand Central Place. Opening mid-spring, the 3,500 square foot will offer self-serve yogurt and other desserts and will be located next to Dunham’s Sports. Grand Central Place is anchored by Kroger, Goody’s, Dunham’s Sports, Hobby Lobby and T.J. Maxx. The center is conveniently located at the intersection of Grand Central Blvd. and US 27 in Somerset.     Commercial real estate market is actually difficult in this situation because it get the prices high.
