NAI Isaac Sells 2 Lexington Medical Facilities

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 1713 and 1721 Nicholasville Road across from Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, KY. 1713 Nicholasville Road is a +5,390 SF free standing medical office building on 0.6882 AC and 1721 Nicholasville Road is a +5,720 SF free standing medical office building on 0.94 AC. Al Isaac, President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, handled the transaction for the Sellers, EW Nicholasville, LLC and 1713 Nicholasville, LLC. The buildings were purchased by an investor for $2.675M.
