NAI Isaac Facilitates the Sale of a Car Wash Facility

NAI Isaac facilitated the sale of a limited service car wash facility, currently operated as Soapy Joe’s. Located in Todds Center, the facility was sold to Sure Shine, LLC. Al Isaac and Jamie Adams of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the seller, Traditional Bank.
