NAI Isaac Sells 2 Kentucky Medical Facilities

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 7160 North Mayo Trail in Pikeville, KY and 189 West Highway 195 in London, KY. The Pikeville facility is a +6,576 SF free standing medical office building on 4.3 AC and the London facility is a +5,594 SF free standing medical office building on 1.37 AC. The buildings were purchased by an investor for $1.85M. Al Isaac, President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, handled the transaction for the Seller, Physicians Services, P.S.C.
