U.S. Unemployment Claims Decline

As Business First previously reported, the jobless situation in Kentucky improved last month. Kentucky’s unemployment rate for March was 8.6 percent, down from 8.5 percent in February. During the past year, Kentucky has seen growth in professional and business services and in the leisure and hospitality sectors.
