NAI Isaac Brings New Restaurant to South Elkhorn Village

South Elkhorn Village welcomes El Charro, Authentic Mexican Cuisine. The grand opening for the 3,310 SF restaurant is slated to open Summer 2012. South Elkhorn Village is anchored by Ramsey’s Restaurant and located on South Harrodsburg Road just off Man O’ War Blvd. at the intersection of Harrodsburg Road and Military Pike. Paul Ray Smith of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties worked with the Landlord, TB Managed Assets III, LLC, and Jamie Adams of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties worked with the new tenant to secure the lease.
