NAI Isaac Brings 3rd New Restaurant to South Elkhorn Village in 2012

South Elkhorn Village welcomes another new restaurant, Brick Oven Pizzeria. The grand opening for the 2,450 SF restaurant is slated for December 2012. South Elkhorn Village is anchored by Ramsey’s Restaurant and located on South Harrodsburg Road just off Man O’ War Boulevard at the intersection of Harrodsburg Road and Military Pike. The other new restaurants to South Elkhorn Village in 2012 are El Charro Authentic Mexican Cuisine (now open) and The S-E-C Sports Pub (scheduled to open in early October). Paul Ray Smith of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties worked with the Landlord, TB Managed Assets III, LLC, to secure the lease.
