NAI Isaac brokers the sale of the Shoppes at Commerce Center and adjacent Starbucks building. The Shoppes at Commerce Center is 100% occupied and is located on US 27 between Lexington and Nicholasville, KY. Commerce Center is anchored by the area’s newest Sam’s Club as well as Kohl’s, Starbucks Coffee and Suff's Furniture.

Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Jim Kemper, Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the seller, Man O' War Development No. 3, LLC, and Schrader Commercial Properties represented the buyer, Jordan Enterprises, Inc. in this transaction. Smith and Kemper have represented the Seller in the leasing of the Center since 2003.
