Splash’Em Out Coin Laundry will open their 2nd Richmond location in mid-December at 620 Big Hill Avenue. Big Hill Avenue is located just off the Eastern By-pass near the new Kroger Marketplace.

Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper with NAI Isaac represented the Landlord and Jim Holbrook with NAI Isaac represented the Tenant to secure the lease.
