NAI Isaac Brings Dollar Zone to Versailles Shoppes


Dollar Zone will open its 1st Versailles location in the Versailles Shoppes located at the intersection of Crossfield Drive and US 60. Dollar Zone is slated to open its 2,560 sf store in Summer 2013. Versailles Shoppes tenants include Little Caesars Pizza and Sherwin Williams. NAI Isaac’s Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper represented the Landlord, Prizm Properties, LLC in this transaction.
