NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 5 office condos for a total of 5,407 square feet to Allied Hospitality, LLC. The property is located at 1031 Wellington Way just off Harrodsburg Road near the Palomar Centre in Lexington, Kentucky. Al Isaac, Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM and Jim Holbrook of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties facilitated the transaction. The seller was Wellington Development, LLC.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington.
