NAI Isaac assisted with the auction of 19.46 acres at 1330 Boonesborough Road in Richmond. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, and Chad Voelkert of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties and Jim Halfhill, Sr., Principal Auctioneer of the Rector-Hayden Halfhill Auction Group represented the Seller/Estate in the transaction. The property sold at auction to M & T Property Management, LLC.
